Ruchi comes from a media and communication background. In the last nine years, she has extensively worked and has created an impact in the social business ecosystem through her skills in strategic communication, stakeholder management, government consulting and liaison, people development, and change management. In her previous role, she managed and led the prestigious LAMP Fellowship, a flagship program of PRS Legislative Research. In addition, she has created a proof of concept on bringing partners for sourcing women entrepreneurs for conducting entrepreneurship mindset training at Udhyam Learning Foundation. She specializes in building teams, leading large-scale programs, change management, government consulting, venturing into unknown territory, and creating a proof of concept for the organization to scale.

Lalit Kumar Purohit

Lalit brings over 18 years of rich administration experience across program operations and Management of Information Systems (MIS). He has worked with organizations like Lokh Jumbis Project, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, American Indian Foundation Trust, and Yuva Social Friends Society. Lalit holds a bachelor’s degree in Education, Journalism, and Mass Communication, as well as an O-level certification in computers.
